FIRST:
*Review the Agreement Terms: http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/affiliate/terms
*Complete the Online Application: https://signup.cj.com/member/brandedPublisherSignUp.do?air_refmerchantid=1956334
*Wait for email confirmation from Commission Junction and complete any paperwork instructed.

SECOND:
*Sign in to Commission Junction: http://www.cj.com
*Click the ACCOUNT tab, and the WEB SITE SETTINGS tab, and copy your PID number for your website.
(If no websites are listed, click "Add a New Web Site", fill out the info for your site and a new PID number will be assigned to you.)
*Log out of Commission Junction.

THIRD:
Copy the code below to place on your website. Replace XXXXXXX in the code with your PID number.
